Information: Dr. Rosenstrauch is a clinical audiologist practicing in the Boca Raton office.  Prior to joining HearFlorida, she held positions at Rush University Medical Center, Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, Weiss Memorial Hospital (formally University of Chicago) and Global Audiology at GN Resound.

Dr. Rosenstrauch is an active volunteer in professional and fundraising organizations. She was recently invited to serve on the Board of Trustees to the American Academy of Audiology Foundation and was one of 12 audiologists selected to attend the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), Future Leaders of Audiology Conference 2010.   She has served as the Vice President of Public Relations for the Illinois Academy of Audiology and Faculty Advisor to the National Association of Future Doctors of Audiology.   Furthermore, in 2011, she will act as a member of the AAA Professional Standards Committee.
In addition to her clinical work and professional service, Dr. Rosenstrauch has been a preceptor and classroom educator.  She held the academic appointment of Assistant Professor in the College of Health Sciences, Department of Communication Disorders, at Rush University.  She continues to be a Doctor of Audiology student advocate and is a member of the Rush University AuD program Advisory Board.

Dr. Rosenstrauch’s primary areas of interest include verification and validation of hearing instruments and neurodiagnostic assessment of the auditory system.  She has given several professional presentations and poster sessions at national and international levels.   Some of the topics included: manual dexterity and hearing aid use, spatial hearing and directional microphones, sensory-neural hearing loss and heroin abuse, and variable manifestations of acoustic tumors.

Dr. Rosenstrauch received her Master’s degree in Audiology and Hearing Science from Northwestern University in 1995 and Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Florida in 2002.
