Our practice also fits and dispenses sophisticated hearing aids and related devices to suit all types of hearing loss and life styles.
Job Description
This position is an integral part of the team comprised of professionals dedicated to providing superior patient care. Our patient base is primarily adults. Responsibilities include patient education, audiologic diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations and fittings. The Audiologist counsels patients regarding test results and reviews options which best meet their hearing care needs and reviews pricing and sale of hearing aids as part of the patient education process.
*There is a unique opportunity for a bi-lingual (Spanish) professional in a well established practice (28 years) in our Miami office.
The position is full-time, 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
Qualifications: Audiologist and/or HIS that meets State of Florida license requirements.

FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (Miami (bi-lingual in Spanish) & Boynton Beach)
In our medical office environment, we are seeking an individual who:
· Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Is people-oriented
· Demonstrates strong organizational skills
· Is self-motivated
· Has the ability to work in a team environment
· Can successfully multi-task and stay on track amidst interruptions
· Can achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
In this role, you will interact with our patients both face-to-face and over the phone to ensure each one receives first class customer service. You will respond to incoming calls, faxes, and e-mails in a timely manner to support patients and vendors. Computer skills are a necessity.
The position is full-time working 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires a professional demeanor with a high degree of comfort utilizing strong phone skills.
We require a high school diploma; prefer an Associate’s Degree in Business, Administration, Accounting, or related field OR equivalent job experience.
